Personal information (such as full name, phone number, email, tour guide license, language skills, and calendar availability) is collected and processed solely for operational dispatching, job matching, identity verification, and platform feature improvements. Tour Guide Chain strictly prohibits and will never sell, rent, or trade personal information to unauthorized third parties or marketing brokers.

Contact details and operational information shared between Partners and Tour Guides upon Job confirmation must be used strictly for the sole purpose of executing the assigned tour. Both Partners and Guides are strictly forbidden from harvesting, storing, exploiting, or disclosing the other party's personal information to external entities without explicit mutual consent.

Tour Guide Chain advocates a professional, respectful, and safe working environment. Any behavior involving physical endangerment, verbal abuse, harassment, unlawful discrimination, or coercion between Partners and Tour Guides is strictly prohibited. Tour Guide Chain reserves the right to immediately terminate platform access and cooperate with competent law enforcement authorities upon receipt of verified reports regarding safety breaches.

Users retain the full right to review, update, export, or request the permanent deletion of their personal profiles and associated operational history from our database, subject to legal compliance and active Job completion obligations.
